We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped and processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Please note that customs or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Address changes and cancellations are only possible before dispatch. For delays or damaged deliveries, our customer support is happy to help.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact our support team first with your order number. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (bank processing may take longer).

For exchanges, contact us first so we can advise on the fastest option.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
